World Ag Expo '09

We went to the Ag Expo last week in Tulare, CA. Had a great trip. Aaron is obsessed with tractors so he was quite pleased. As you can see, anytime he was out of his stroller he was climbing on some piece of equipment. Tractors, swathers, manure spredders, etc. My in-laws met us there for a couple of days. They have been on vacation since early January. We were all excited to see them. They were excited to see their grandson. On the way home we made it just over Mt. Shasta before they closed I-5 from Redding to Yreka. We spent the night in Weed, CA as did a whole lot of other people. Our hotel was full. They got at least another foot of snow in the night. Jess had to use the hotel's snow shovel to dig our car out. We made it home though with no huge incidents.

Random pictures....

Okay. This is totally a random post, but I have a friend that wanted to see some pics of my family. The kids on the couch are Mom and Dad's grandkids. My brother's wife had one more December 8th. There's not one picture where they are all looking at the camera smiling, so I picked this one. I love that no one is looking at the camera. The first three are my sister Tiff's Kids. My son Aaron is in the yellow shirt. The next three are my brother, Tony's. The last two are sis, Heidi's. The boy is her stepson. Heidi is also due with another in May. The picture of ALL of us was taken at my cousin's wedding this past summer. The one of my hubby, Jess, is a rare picture of him smiling. Not that he doesn't smile. It's just almost impossible to catch him smiling in pictures. Well, like I said, this was random. Hope you enjoy the pictures, Willow.

Aaron's been loving the beautiful weather these past few days. His favorite spot is the trailer full of wood Jess parked up against our back deck. I have to keep a close eye though, because he also likes to head over to visit Auntie Amber's horses in the coral behind our house. So far he knows to stay on the right side of the fence. As you can see dirt is the preferred outdoor "snack". At least it's not horse poo. He has sampled that before. Yuck!!!
